Well, I'm in the basic humanoid configuration, I seem to have a mouth, nose, two eyes and a pair of ears.

I seem to have a set of limbs and at the end of these limbs are even more appendages. 5 on each end. As for Gray matter Wetware CPU? that a bit tricky to determine. My inner monologue seem to do alot of talking and that can get distracting.

What more can I say?
