I think when Aaron decides to step down we should hold elections for the new president of the group rather than having the current one pick who they'd like it to be.
I know Christer meant well when he passed the baton to Aaron and I know Aaron will do a good job but I think it should have been a more formal process of letting the community decide (since thats what Ubuntu is all about)
